Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026 · PickusMail is a product of Pictuscode
These terms are an agreement between you and Pictuscode ("we", "us"), which operates PickusMail, covering your use of the PickusMail website, email verification, Bulk email and API (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
1. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password and API keys private.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by teammates you add.
- Tell us straight away at support@pickusmail.com if you think your account has been misused.
2. What the Service does
Email verification checks whether email addresses are likely to exist and accept mail, without sending them a message, and returns one of four results: valid, invalid, risky or unknown.
Bulk email lets you send email campaigns from your own verified domain through our sending infrastructure, with scheduling, follow-ups, tracking and unsubscribe handling.
Verification results are our best assessment based on how mail servers respond at the time of the check. Mail servers can change, refuse to answer or accept every address, so no result is a guarantee that an email will or will not be delivered.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, or email people who have not agreed to hear from you and have no reasonable expectation of it.
- Send to purchased, rented or scraped lists through Bulk email.
- Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights, including phishing and malware.
- Hide or fake who an email is from, or remove the unsubscribe link we add.
- Harvest, guess or generate email addresses, or use verification to find addresses to target without consent.
- Attempt to overload, probe, reverse-engineer or get around the limits and security of the Service.
- Resell the Service without our written agreement.
You must follow the laws that apply to your email, including consent and unsubscribe requirements in the countries of the people you contact. You are responsible for having the right to upload and email the contacts in your account.
4. Sending limits and protecting deliverability
Bulk email shares sending infrastructure between customers, so one sender's bounces and complaints can affect everyone. Each plan has monthly and daily sending limits. We may pause campaigns or limit sending if your bounce or complaint rate rises to a level that puts the Service at risk, and we will tell you why. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are added to a suppression list and are not emailed again.
5. Plans, credits and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and Indian rupees, plus any applicable taxes.
- Verification packs are paid once. Their credits do not expire while your account is open.
- A verification that ends with an unknown result does not use a credit.
- Monthly plans (Bulk email and Both) are billed in advance for each month. The emails and verifications included reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over.
- Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices for the future. Changes to a monthly plan apply from your next billing month, and we will tell you in advance.
6. Your data
You own the email lists, contacts and content you upload. You let us process them only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor. Uploaded lists and their results are deleted after the retention period shown on each list.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and fast, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be kept short and announced where possible. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove something you have paid for, we will offer a fair alternative or a refund for it.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers or the Service at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or damage to reputation, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
