Do I need my own Amazon SES or email server?
No. Sending runs on our Amazon SES account. You only add a few DNS records to your domain so emails go out as you.
Will my emails go to spam?
No service can promise inbox placement, but the things that matter most are built in: your own signed domain, verified addresses, low bounce rates, unsubscribe links and paced sending. The rest is your content and sending to people who expect to hear from you.
Who can I send to?
People who agreed to hear from you or have a clear reason to, such as customers and contacts you have a relationship with. Purchased lists are a fast way to damage your domain, verified or not.
What happens with unsubscribes and bounces?
Both are added to your suppression list automatically, and nobody on it is ever emailed again, even if they are imported later.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add teammates with their own sign-in. They share contacts and campaigns; account settings stay with the owner.
Is verification included?
Verification is built into Bulk email: contacts are checked as you import them. The Both package includes verification credits for checking lists on their own too.
