What counts as a billable verification?
Any address we return valid, invalid or risky for. Unknown results — timeouts, greylisting, servers that refuse to answer — are never charged. Nor are results served from cache within their freshness window.
Do credits expire?
No. Verification packs never expire: buy once and use them whenever you need.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Prices are shown in US dollars and Indian rupees, and you can pay in either.
Do you store the addresses I upload?
Your uploads and their results are kept until the retention window you can see on each list, then purged. Our verification logs never contain the raw address — only a keyed hash, so we cannot reverse them either.
